The new First Floor Site Plan utilizes a drive from the "new neighborhood" which includes High-end Homes.

The Existing First Floor Plan was broken up into a hodge-podge of smaller rooms that had been added on over the years. The existing garage was built right on the driveways asphalt.

The Existing Second Floor Plan had small Bedrooms sharing Bathrooms.  One thing retained was the "Princess Room".  Under a "Witches Hat" this charming portion of the house became the youngest daughter's bedroom.

The New First Floor Plan orients the Entry towards the "million dollar neighborhood". The Great Room utilizes views and activity towards the pool & Outdoor Gathering area next to the Exterior Fireplace.

The New Second Floor Plan creates a Two Story Entrance Foyer.  It creates each Bedroom into unique experiences.  One has a sitting area which has 270 degree views, one has a false balcony, and the original "princess room" retained. A TV room for the kids was placed centrally for all to use.
